Last night (October 22nd 2007) Dr. Aijaz Ashai’s presentation’s on soccer specific fitness training, stretching exercises, warm up and cool down exercises, and tips on injury prevention was well received. Lexington County Soccer Club, Technicalsoccer.com and Vital Energy collaborated to bring Dr. Ashai in from India where he is also a fitness trainer for the Indian rugby, soccer, and cricket teams. Dr. Ashai is also a sports fitness consultant, physical therapist, official Physio for ATP/ITF tennis tournament in India and International lecturer for sports specific fitness training & injury prevention....more
